I organize lists in Flo by creating separate Collections for Work, Home, and other categories. The great advantage of Flo is that my lists can contain any kind of information - notes, tasks, files, emails - anything. There’s nothing quite like it.
Links let you link any object (Event, Email, ToDo, Note, Contact, Document, Spreadsheet, Song, Website) to any other object. This makes it really easy to find related things.
